In this interactive morning session, Professor Farayi Chipungu will draw on her experiences at Harvard Law SchoolHarvard Kennedy School, and McKinsey & Company to introduce the principles of adaptive leadership—a powerful, practical framework for navigating the unknown and leading through tough, ambiguous challenges.

About the Speaker
Farayi Chipungu is a professor, strategist, and former corporate lawyer who helps people do hard things—together. With clients ranging from Fortune 500 executives to frontline nonprofits, Farayi blends academic insight with practical leadership experience. She teaches at Harvard Law School and the Kennedy School and previously spent nearly a decade at McKinsey.
