1 in 10 children and young people is separated from their families, abandoned, neglected, or forced to live in abusive environments. SOS Children’s Villages builds families for children in need, empowers them to shape their own futures, and supports community development.
Angela Rosales, who previously led SOS Children’s Villages in Colombia for over 12 years and has extensive experience with the UNDP, national NGOs, and the Colombian government, will share her insights into how the organization transforms lives through innovative family-building initiatives and community development. Her presentation will explore a comprehensive approach – from providing nurturing care and education to strengthening community bonds – that supports nearly 3 million people worldwide.
Following the discussion, please join us for drinks and networking with fellow alumni and friends.
